    Rina Caprarella is a highly experienced Neurology Specialist who has dedicated her career to the study and treatment of peripheral neuropathy and entrapment neuropathy. In addition to her clinical work, she is a strong advocate for the advancement of women to leadership positions in the medical field.


    Currently, Dr Caprarella is the attending neurologist at ProHEALTH Care Associates in Lake Success, NY, where she provides specialized care to patients with peripheral nervous system disorders. She also performs various duties at ProHealth. This medical services provider aims to increase community healthcare access and provide faster diagnosis and treatment for patients with neuroscience, heart and vascular, cancer, and orthopaedics.


    One of Dr Caprarella's most essential roles is as Co-Chair for the Center for Neck and Back Pain at ProHealth. In this position, she helps design comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare approaches involving non-surgical pain intervention and partnerships with other health and wellness providers. As a Physician Leader for Telemedicine Development, she collaborated with development team members to set guidelines and protocols that facilitated the delivery of healthcare services when the distance was a critical factor.
